2009 Show Series Rules and Regulations

      $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

      EKG’s Barn, Paddocks, and Home areas are off limits.

      Prizes will be given through 6^th place.

      Proper show attire required.

      Proof of negative coggins test within the past 12 months required to enter grounds.

      AQHA classes are governed by AQHA rules.

      PHBA classes are governed by PHBA rules.

      Corresponding AQHA and PHBA classes may be run concurrently if no conflicts exist. These classes are designated by brackets (  ) in the show bill.

      Judges decision is final. Do not approach the judge.

      All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

All Breed Class Rules

      A Youth is anyone under the age of 18 as of January 1^st of the current year.

      Children entering 12 & Under Classes at a show may not cross-enter into any class that is required to canter. They may cross-enter into Showmanship, Halter, PHBA 5-9 W/T, and Small Fry. Snaffles and Bosals are permitted on any age horse in the 12 & Under Classes.

      Children entering Small Fry 10& Under Classes at a show may not cross-enter into any class that is required to canter. They may cross-enter into Showmanship, Halter, PHBA 5-9 W/T, and Small Fry. Snaffles and Bosals are permitted on any age hors in the 12 & Under Classes.

      Children entering Leadline may only cross-enter into Halter and Showmanship classes.

      Open classes are open to all ages, breeds, and levels of experience.

      Hard-hats are required for all Hunt seat riders. Exhibitors may wear ASTM approved helmets in ANY class without being penalized.

      Only one handler/rider is permitted per horse per class.
